Terms &
Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use Cretospace.

Last updated: October 4, 2026Effective immediately
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cretospace website, applications, creator tools, storefronts, digital products, payment features and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using Cretospace, creating an account, publishing a product, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By using Cretospace, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other terms or policies that are specifically referenced on the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Cretospace. If you are using Cretospace on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

02

About Cretospace

Cretospace is an online creator platform designed to help creators and digital businesses create, publish, sell and manage digital products and online offerings.

Features may include creator profiles, storefronts, digital product listings, checkout, payments, customer access, digital delivery, analytics and other tools. Features may change, be added, suspended or discontinued as the Platform evolves.

03

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in order to use the Platform.

If you are under the age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, you may use Cretospace only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where legally permitted.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you.

04

Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep that information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account. You must promptly notify Cretospace if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must not create an account using false identity information, impersonate another person or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

05

Creator Accounts

Creators may use Cretospace to publish digital products and offer them to customers. Creators are responsible for the products, files, descriptions, pricing, claims, licenses and other material they publish.

A creator must have all rights, permissions and licenses necessary to sell or distribute every product uploaded to the Platform.

Creators must not use Cretospace to sell or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, misleading or otherwise prohibited content.

Creator responsibility:Cretospace provides the technology and marketplace tools; creators remain responsible for the legality, ownership, quality and accuracy of the products they offer.
06

Products & Digital Content

Products available through Cretospace may be digital files, templates, educational materials, software-related assets, courses, resources or other digital offerings.

Product descriptions, previews, specifications, pricing and availability are generally provided by the applicable creator or seller. You should review the product information before completing a purchase.

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, a purchase grants you only the rights and license described by the creator or product terms. Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

07

Purchases & Payments

When you purchase a product through Cretospace, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout, together with any applicable taxes, fees or other amounts disclosed before payment.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Cashfree. Payment information may be collected and processed by the applicable payment provider according to its own terms and privacy practices.

Cretospace does not require or intend to store your complete card, UPI or other payment credentials on its own systems. Payment processing is handled through the applicable payment service provider.

An order may be subject to verification, fraud checks, payment authorization and other security measures. Cretospace may delay, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to protect users, creators or the Platform.

08

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the applicable product, creator policy, transaction circumstances and applicable law.

Because many products sold through Cretospace are digital products that may be delivered or made accessible immediately, refunds may be restricted after delivery or access where permitted by law.

Please review the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any product-specific refund terms before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

09

Subscriptions

Cretospace may offer paid subscription plans or recurring services to eligible creators. The applicable plan, price, billing interval, features and other terms will be displayed before you subscribe.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription charges may recur according to the selected billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated.

Cretospace may change subscription features or pricing in the future. Where legally required, reasonable notice will be provided before material changes take effect.

Failed payments may result in restricted access, suspension of paid features or cancellation of the applicable subscription, subject to applicable law and the specific plan terms.

10

KYC & Verification

Certain creator, payment or compliance features may require identity, business, tax or other verification information.

You agree to provide accurate information and documents when requested. Verification may be performed through Cretospace or through specialized third-party verification providers.

Cretospace may restrict or delay access to certain features where required information has not been provided, cannot be verified, appears inaccurate or is required for legal, regulatory or payment-provider compliance.

11

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cretospace to:

  • break or attempt to bypass applicable laws or regulations;
  • commit fraud, deception, impersonation or other unlawful activity;
  • infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights;
  • upload malware, viruses or other harmful code;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
  • scrape, copy or systematically extract Platform data without authorization;
  • misrepresent products, services, pricing, credentials or identity;
  • sell or distribute content that you do not have the right to sell or distribute;
  • use the Platform to facilitate prohibited, fraudulent or abusive transactions;
  • circumvent access controls, payment systems or download protections; or
  • use the Platform in a manner that could materially harm other users or Cretospace.

Cretospace may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts or terminating access.

12

Intellectual Property

The Cretospace name, branding, logo, website design, software, interfaces, original text, graphics and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Cretospace and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or create derivative works from Cretospace's proprietary Platform materials.

Creators retain ownership of their original content and products, subject to the rights and licenses necessary for Cretospace to host, display, process, promote and deliver that content as part of providing the Platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not infringe the rights of another person or organization.

13

Third-Party Services

Cretospace may integrate with or rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, identity verification, cloud storage, analytics, communications, hosting and other functionality.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's separate terms, policies and privacy practices. Cretospace is not responsible for independent third-party services that it does not control.

Examples may include payment providers, authentication providers, verification services, hosting providers and cloud infrastructure providers. Available providers may change over time.

14

Platform Availability

We aim to keep Cretospace reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure problems, security incidents, third-party outages, network failures or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or part of the Platform when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, business or legal reasons.

15

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cretospace provides the Platform and its features on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, current or free from errors.

Cretospace does not guarantee the quality, legality, accuracy, usefulness, originality or suitability of products offered by independent creators. Buyers are responsible for evaluating a product before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cretospace and its owners, operators, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws.

17

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cretospace and its owners, operators, employees and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Platform;
  • content or products you upload, publish or sell;
  • your infringement of another person's rights; or
  • your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
18

Suspension & Termination

You may stop using Cretospace at any time. If you have an account, you may request account closure through the available account settings or support channels.

Cretospace may suspend, restrict or terminate an account or access to features where reasonably necessary because of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, payment issues or other legitimate operational reasons.

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute-related provisions.

19

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, business practices, technology, legal requirements or security measures.

When we make changes, we may update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.

Your continued use of Cretospace after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

20

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of Cretospace and the transaction in question, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable law.

Any dispute should first be raised with Cretospace so that the parties have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory right to bring a claim before a court, authority or forum that is legally available to that consumer.
